Personal Pizzas


Fresh spinach, peppery salami and a sprinkle of Parmesan on crusty bread are the secret to this delicious 10-minute meal.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

1 baguette or loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
1/2 to 1 cup jarred pasta sauce
1/8 pound Genoa salami, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
2/3 cup ricotta
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan

Directions

	Step 1: Heat oven to 425 degrees.

	Step 2: Place the bread on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Spoon the sauce over the top.

	Step 3: Place the salami on half the bread and place the spinach on the other half.

	Step 4: Top with spoonfuls of ricotta and sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan.

	Step 5: Bake until the cheeses are melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Cut into pieces.
